At Aura Health & Beauty we ensure that every single team member regularly attends training courses so that they are constantly up to date with the most current techniques and trends, as well as maintaining the high standard of classical therapy and treatments that you expect from us.

Therapists use the highest natural ingredients that are free from parabens, SLS and silicone to protect and deeply repair your skin.  Each tailor-made treatment takes place in your own private room and begins with a comprehensive consultation and a close examination to determine the right treatment for you.

 At Aura we believe that while every body is different, everybody should feel beautiful.  So, whether you have a specific event to prepare for, an outfit to look fantastic in or you simply want to push back the years, come and while away an hour or so with us, being pampered, as we have a treatment that will be perfect for you.

Your visit will be entirely personalised too as we understand how healthy skin can be obtained both on the inside as well as the outside. 

THE ESSENTIALS

Courses – All courses are valid for 18 months from time of purchase by named client only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or loyalty card.

 

Text and Email - We confirm all appointments by email or text message.  We require an up-to-date email and mobile number from you at the time of booking in order for us to confirm your booking. 

 

Arrivals - Arriving early is a great idea, as you can take your time and relax before your appointment.   Depending on your arrival time, we will determine how much of the service we are able to offer and will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, but in some circumstances your appointment may have to be re-scheduled.

 

Health Concerns – Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or well-being, including if you are currently being treated for any ongoing medical condition.

 

Patch Tests – are required on certain services and in most cases they are 24-48 hours in advance of your appointment date.  In the rare instance that you may experience a reaction please inform us within 24 hours.

 

Quiet Please – To make the most of your time with us and in respect for other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.

 

Children – under the age of 14 are not permitted in the salon unaccompanied by an adult.  Children should accompany their parents/guardians into a treatment room.  We may have to refuse service if the child will be unaccompanied. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to receive services.  Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive hair tints or intimate waxing. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Medi-spa.

 

Last Minute Appointments – you can now make those last minute appointments via our website at www.auraupminster.co.uk and via the Aura Appointment app available from Apple and Android app stores.

 

Feedback – We endeavor to make sure all of our clients receive the very best service and experience possible and your feedback is extremely important to us.  If you would like to share your experiences, offer thoughts and suggestions or let us know when something has not reached your expectations, we would love to hear from you.  You can either speak to a member of the salon team in person or visit our website and click on “YOUR FEEDBACK”

 

Deposits – may be required at the time of booking.  If an appointment is cancelled without the required 24 hours notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable.  Deposits are fully refundable where a cancellation takes place more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

 

In addition, deposits are also required for the below services:

* All treatments and services over the value of £100

* Courses - where a cancellation is made without notice, the appointment will be non-refundable and non-  transferable.

* Group bookings (2+ clients)

* All Medi-spa services

Cancellations – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must let us know before 5pm the day prior to your appointment.  Where notice is not given, 50% of your appointment fee will be charged and the account must be settled before any further bookings can be made.  Frequent cancellations will result in full advance payments being taken for new bookings.

No Shows – If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to pay for your treatment in full the next time you book.  Please make sure you call and cancel or re-schedule your appointments.

No Show Courses –  If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment, your booking will be deducted from the remaining treatments on your course.  Please make sure you call and cancel or re-schedule your appointments.
